2025 All Chilled Red

Description

Bright ruby red; highly fruit-driven on the nose with clear aromas of fresh, ripe raspberries, juicy cherries, and delicate violet notes. On the palate, fresh, juicy, and harmonious, with a pleasant fullness and very smooth, gentle tannins. Lively acidity; extremely easy-drinking – simply great fun to enjoy. Best served well chilled.

Vinification

The grapes, sourced from various vineyards around Gols, were harvested at optimal ripeness and in excellent health. To preserve the fresh and precise berry aromas, fermentation took place at cool temperatures of around 22°C. Malolactic fermentation began during the primary fermentation, enhancing the purity of fruit.

A shortened maceration period results in particularly soft, round tannins and plenty of freshness. After fermentation, only the free-run juice was used, giving the All Chilled Red its smooth texture, balance, and outstanding drinkability.

Packaging and Experience

To make the uniqueness of All Chilled Red visually tangible, the wine is bottled in a special thermochromic-coated bottle. The lower half of the bottle changes color from light blue to dark blue when chilled – clearly indicating that the wine has reached its perfect serving temperature.
