2023 All Zero White

Description

Fine, delicate yellow with green reflections, fruity and aromatic on the nose, with light hints of exotic fruits. Round and balanced with a wide spectrum of aromas, making it a perfect companion for fish dishes.

Vinification

The grapes were harvested early to naturally reduce the alcohol content, then gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures. After a two-month period of aging on the lees, the wine was filtered.

A state-of-the-art method of dealcoholization followed, using vacuum distillation. What makes this process special is the recovery of aromas from the distillate.
