Sparkling Verjus

Description

Fruity, fresh and delicately sparkling; the nose reveals vibrant fruit aromas with a subtle grape note; lively on the palate with refreshing acidity and fine bubbles; crisp and refreshing, with a harmonious finish. Sparkling Verjus is especially enjoyable as an aperitif and, well chilled, makes for a fresh and refreshing start.

Production

Verjus is made from unripe grapes and is known for its natural freshness and distinctive acidity. For our Sparkling Verjus, carbon dioxide is added to the verjus, creating a delicate sparkle. The result is a fresh, fruity drink with pleasant acidity – best served chilled at 6–8°C, ideal as an aperitif, for a toast or alongside light dishes.

Label design

Tradition meets the present: Our Sparkling Verjus brings the world of wine together with a fresh, modern approach to enjoyment – alcohol-free and sparkling. This idea is also reflected in the label: Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, meets modern design, connecting the roots of wine culture with the present.
