Conditions<\/h1>\n

1. Scope<\/strong>
\nFor the entire business relationship, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the latest version. Deviations from these terms and conditions, supplementary agreements and subsidiary agreements must, without exception, be received and accepted by both parties in writing. Oral side discussions and deviations are expressly excluded.<\/p>\n

2. Conclusion of contract<\/strong>
\nThe order by the potential buyer represents an offer to Allacher Vinum Pannonia GmbH to conclude a purchase contract. After ordering, we will send you an email that confirms receipt of your order and represents a purchase contract for us. All concluded contracts are concluded between the customer as buyer on the one hand and Allacher Vinum Pannonia GmbH as seller on the other hand.<\/p>\n

3. Prices \/ Payment (payment method)<\/strong>
\nAll prices are in euros ex farm for final consumers, including all Austrian taxes and duties. Glass and packaging are included, as are Austrian disposal costs for bottles and boxes. Our offer is subject to change. The prices apply from the day of the order or according to the current price list.<\/p>\n

The buyer has the option of paying the invoice amount of his order either via the \u201cStripe\u201d internet portal (credit card: Mastercard, VISA, American Express \/ PayPal, EPS transfer) or transferring the amount in advance (immediate transfer). As soon as the amount has been received in our account, the order will be delivered, unless otherwise agreed (see point 4: Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery).<\/p>\n

4. Conditions of sale and delivery<\/strong>
\nThere is a minimum order quantity\/sale quantity of 6 bottles (i.e. at least a box of 6) and if you order a larger number of bottles, the total number must be a multiple of 6 bottles. This excludes vouchers, gifts and sets. The purchaser must ensure that the respective regulations of any importing country are observed and adhered to.<\/p>\n

Deliveries within Austria are made free of charge for orders over \u20ac100. For goods with a value of less than \u20ac100, an additional shipping cost of \u20ac9.50 will be charged.<\/p>\n

Deliveries within Germany are made free of charge for orders over \u20ac200. For goods with a value of less than \u20ac200, additional shipping costs of \u20ac15,- will be charged.<\/p>\n

Outside Austria, the freight costs (and any costs incurred, e.g. customs duties) are borne by the recipient of the goods.<\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are delivered from the warehouse to the specified delivery address. We endeavor to dispatch the ordered goods within 2-3 working days of the offer confirmation, but at the latest within 10 working days.<\/p>\n

Shipping takes place via rail express or parcel service (DPD).<\/p>\n

5. Offers\/Reservations<\/strong>
\nOur offer is subject to change and is only valid while stocks last. Due to the limited quantities of individual products, a sell-out situation may occur during online ordering. In this case we take the liberty of offering you an alternative. Only our current sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to delivery. Deviating agreements are only valid if they are confirmed by us in writing.<\/p>\n

Reservation requests are ranked by order date and taken into account as far as possible. We reserve the right to shorten reservations accordingly. You will immediately receive a written reservation confirmation from us.<\/p>\n

6. Retention of title<\/strong>
\nThe goods remain our property until all claims and additional claims have been paid in full. In the event of breach of contract, we are entitled to demand the return of the goods. The buyer is entitled to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. This does not apply if the buyer is in default with a payment obligation to us.<\/p>\n

7. Terms of Use<\/strong>
\nUse and ordering by minors is not permitted. Users must provide the data required for purchasing completely and truthfully.<\/p>\n

8. Data protection<\/strong>
\nData that is necessary for business transactions is stored and treated confidentially in compliance with all Austrian and European data protection laws and related regulations and we expressly assure that no data provided to us will be passed on to third parties in any form (without the buyer’s express consent).<\/p>\n

9. Warranty\/right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nObvious defects and transport damage must be reported by the buyer within 7 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone at

\nto complain about or the customer can refuse acceptance. Any transport damage must be confirmed by the respective transport company.<\/p>\n

If the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and has placed his order by post, telephone, fax, email or via the internet online shop, he can do so within seven working days (Monday to Friday) in accordance with Sections 5e – 5h of the Consumer Protection Act ) declare withdrawal from the purchase contract from the day the goods are received by the buyer. The withdrawal does not require any justification, it just needs to be sent on time. If the goods are returned, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price already paid, but must bear the costs of the return. Opened goods cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/strong>
\nAllacher Vinum Pannonia GmbH reserves the right to change\/adjust the general terms and conditions. However, such changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed. By submitting an order, the applicable general terms and conditions are accepted.<\/p>\n

11. Place of Jurisdiction<\/strong>
\nNeusiedl am See District Court, Austria.
\nAustrian law applies to all disagreements and legal disputes that arise in connection with the business relationship.<\/p>\n

12. Buying wine from the winery<\/strong>
\nSo that you don’t make the journey to us in vain, we ask you to make an appointment. We also offer you the option of a wine tasting and cellar tour for up to 20 people. Ideal for leisure and company outings. Registration is absolutely necessary.
